In Loving Memory of Eudelio Oliveira
Just like some of you, I have known Eudelio for years. We met when working together on the SAP project (now known as Connect One ECOM) while I was still in Pully.
From the beginning, I was not only impressed by his legendary hearty voice but also by the level of knowledge he had about our company. He always treated others with respect and kindness, recognizing their efforts and teamwork on this common project.
His expertise from Brazil in controlling global finance was such an asset for the teams across ECOM. More than that, I was inspired by his loyalty, enthusiasm and solid sense of humor.
I was lucky enough to get to know him more when I moved to São Paulo and will never forget all the generosity he had shared with us. Brazilians are known for their sense of hospitality and I could not thank Eudelio enough for the way he welcomed us here as did the rest of the office.
I am sure that his good energy, big smile but also his commitment to work so hard until the very end left an indelible mark on many of us. We are very often reminded how ECOM is a family and in these moments, we remember how our best assets remain our people.
I will miss your big abraço and our laughs that lightened my day at each time I was at the office. I feel blessed that our paths crossed. I would like to extend our deepest condolences to Eudelio’s family and friends.
