ITMA Milan 2023

29/06/23

During mid June, our Global Cotton Team and ECOM Risk Management division attended the 19th edition of the world’s largest textile and garment technology exhibition - ITMA 2023 in Milan.

ITMA 2023 hosted a spectacular display of manufacturing technologies and raw materials, enabling buyers to source newly launched machinery and products with the aim of improving the digital and sustainable transformations of their businesses. Our teams were able to discover cutting edge technologies and move a step towards an integrated textile and garment manufacturing value chain, while forging collaborative partnerships.

What’s more, shaping the future was the motto at ITMA and this applies perfectly to our group’s ethos of ‘growing innovators”. This is not a tagline for us but a pure reflection of our pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit at ECOM. It describes the way we nurture our work and our partners, to explore new ways to secure the future of our business. And it describes us, too — the innovative approach we take on the whole value chain.
