Gulfood Dubai 2024

It's a wrap!

The ECOM Village reopened its doors at the Gulfood in Dubai from the 19th to 23rd February and for the first time as a cross commodity show!

It was not only the opportunity to connect with industry peers from Coffee, Nuts and Ingredients and Cocoa but we also spent some time together as a team.

Gulfood was the illustration of what the One ECOM vision should represent within the group. Traders from the three divisions get to meet each other as some were with the company for years but never had the chance to discuss and share expertise outside their commodity or operation.

It was definitely the best opportunity to create synergies professionally and personally too. Not only good business was concluded but it also resulted that one commodity specific client could become a very good prospect for the 2 other divisions.

What a stimulating and unforgettable experience it was! We could also learn a lesson from the teambuilding session, is that we all know that at least no one in that group will leave their day job to become a professional bowler !

Don’t miss out the video below to check the highlights from the first edition of the ECOM Village at the Gulfood!
